Usage:

SLD Series Bin Container Lifter is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry for transferring and charging powder and granules. It can be used along with various main equipments, such as container blender, tablet press, capsule filling machine and so on. It optimizes production flow; avoid the dust and cross-contamination. It is the ideal transfer equipment in pharmaceutical industry for solid dosage section. Meanwhile, it can be also widely used in chemical industry, food-stuff industry, etc.

Characteristics:

1.Made of Austenitic stainless steel. There is no dead angle, no concave-convex face.

2.Applying specially-made butterfly valve with no dead angle, no remnant.

3.both inner and outer surfaces are all polished to high quantity, it is easy to clean

4.Auto-controlled discharging valve is optional as per customer’s requirement.

5.Specially-made soft joint is used between the discharger outlet and the feed hopper of tablet press machine (or capsule filling machine).

6.Various dimensioned bin containers can be used in one stationary lifting-discharger.
